Sound familiar?

Winning starts with not missing anything.

  1. 01

    Five portals, one notebook

Central, state, railway and PSU portals each have their own login and search, and most searches ask for a CAPTCHA.

  2. 02

    Long NITs, different rules

One department asks for 3 similar works of 40%, another for 2 of 60%. Turnover can be 30% or 50%.

  3. 03

    Changes you hear about late

A corrigendum goes up on the portal. Unless you check again, or the portal alerts you, you may not see it.

  4. 04

    Money stuck in deposits

EMDs, performance securities and bank guarantees across many bids, each with its own expiry and refund date.

What we set up

From tender alert to a ready checklist.

Four steps, connected. You decide what to bid on and you submit.

  1. Step 1 · Email or WhatsApp

    The notice comes in

Portal alerts and the NIT PDFs you forward land in one place.

  2. Step 2 · AI

    AI reads the NIT

Dates, EMD, eligibility rules and the list of documents, turned into a checklist.

  3. Step 3 · Bot

    Your tracker is updated

Deadlines, deposits and documents go into one tracker, with reminder dates set.

  4. Step 4 · WhatsApp or call

    Reminders and follow-ups

Reminders to you, and requests to your CA and bank for certificates, sent after your OK.

Other jobs we can take on

  • A daily WhatsApp list of new tenders from your alerts, filtered by work type, area and value
  • A document library with expiry dates: GST, PAN, EPF, ESI, enlistment and past work certificates
  • An EMD and bank guarantee register with refund and expiry dates
  • Showing what changed when a corrigendum reaches you
  • A pre-upload checklist, and a reminder to upload 2 days early
  • Draft letters for EMD refunds and BG extensions, sent after your OK

The rules we track

These come from the General Financial Rules 2017 and the Finance Ministry's Manual for Procurement of Works (2025). States, PSUs and each NIT can differ, so we always read your NIT.

Who does what

We keep track. You bid.

What we take on

  • Reading NITs and corrigenda, and making checklists
  • One tracker for dates, EMDs, bank guarantees and documents
  • Reminders to you on WhatsApp, and a call if something's close
  • Requests to your CA and bank for certificates, after your OK
  • Draft refund and extension letters for you to send

What stays with you

  • You sign and submit every bid with your own Class III DSC. We never hold your DSC.
  • You enter your rates in the BOQ. We can check for empty cells, but the file stays yours.
  • We don't scrape portals or get around CAPTCHAs. We work from the alerts you already get.
  • Certificates come from your CA and bank. We ask for them; we can't issue them. (Your CA might like our CA firms page.)
  • We can't speed up a department's refund. We make sure it isn't forgotten.

Questions

What contractors ask us.

Will you submit bids for us?

No. Bids are signed with the bidder's own digital signature, and the central portal's instructions tell bidders not to lend their DSC to anyone. We get everything ready; you submit.

Can you find every tender in India?

No, and be careful with anyone who says so. We work from the alerts you already get (portal emails, GeM notifications and any paid alert service you use) and sort them for you.

Which states and portals?

Any portal whose alerts or NITs you can forward to us. Rules differ by state and department, so the AI reads each NIT instead of assuming.

Do you work with GeM bids?

Yes. We can read GeM bid alerts and track your GeM bids in the same tracker.

Is our bid data safe?

It stays in your accounts. We don't need your rates or BOQs to run the tracker.

Try it on your next five tenders.

Book a 30-minute call. Forward one recent NIT and we'll show you the checklist we'd make from it.
