How it works
One task, 30 days, a result in writing.
Here's exactly how a pilot runs, what we need from you, and what happens after. No long project, no big upfront fee.
- Your time
- About 2 hours a week
- Pilot
- 30 days
- Build fee
- ₹0 for 4 firms
The pilot, step by step
From first call to a decision.
1 · Day 0
A 30-minute call
We find the one task that costs your team the most hours. If automation isn't the answer, we'll tell you.
2 · Week 1
Measure and write it down
We measure how the task runs today, over one normal week. Then we both sign a one-page agreement.
3 · Next 30 days
Build and run
We build it in your accounts and run it on real work. You get a short update every week.
4 · Day 30
Measure and decide
We measure the same way as in week 1. Result met: the monthly plan we agreed starts. Not met: you owe us nothing.
The pilot terms
For our first 4 firms.
Applying is not a commitment. You decide after the call.
₹0
No build fee
For our first 3–4 firms. You only pay your own tool costs, like WhatsApp message charges.
1
One written result
Before we start, we agree in writing what must improve and how we'll measure it.
30
30 days
We build and run one workflow for 30 days, measured against a one-week baseline.
₹
A price agreed now
If the result is met, the monthly fee we both signed on day one starts. If not, you owe us nothing.
The one-page agreement
Six things, fixed before we start.
So nobody argues about it on day 30. This is the template; your own version uses your task and your numbers.
Pilot agreement · template
Example- One task
- Exactly which piece of work we automate, and nothing else
- The result
- The number that must move, against a one-week starting point
- The window
- 30 days from the day it goes live
- Who decides
- The owner or partner, not a junior
- Price if met
- The monthly plan, written down now
- Proof
- Whether we may publish the result with your name. You approve the wording.
What we need from you
Not much, but it matters.
- One person who knows the task, for about 2 hours a week
- A login for the bot on the software involved, never your personal one
- Your tool accounts (like WhatsApp Business) set up in your firm's name
- Your OK on any message before it goes to your clients
What the pilot doesn't cover
Clear limits, up front.
- More than one task. Others can follow once the first one works.
- Software licences or hardware you'd need to buy
- Results outside the one measure we agreed
- Running it after day 30 if you decide not to continue
After the pilot
We run it, fix it and report on it.
If the result is met, the monthly plan starts. It covers running the setup, fixing it when something changes, small improvements and a monthly report. You can stop with 30 days' notice.

Questions
About the pilot.
Why only 4 free pilots?
Each one takes real build time from our team. Four is what we can do well while still serving paying clients.
What if the result is close but not met?
The agreement decides, not a feeling. If it isn't met, you owe us nothing. You're free to discuss a second try, but neither side has to.
Who owns what we build?
Your accounts, your data and your tool subscriptions are yours from day one. If you stop, they stay with you.
Can we automate more than one task later?
Yes. Each new task gets a fixed quote in writing, or fits inside your monthly plan's hours if it's small.
Try it on one workflow, free to build.
Book a 30-minute call. We'll pick the one task that costs you the most hours and write down the result we'll aim for.
