For real estate agents and developers
Every lead gets a reply in minutes, even at 11 pm.
An assistant answers new leads on WhatsApp and by phone, asks what they're looking for and books the site visit. Ready buyers go straight to your salesperson. Your sheet or CRM stays up to date on its own.

Sound familiar?
Leads cost money. Slow replies waste it.
01
Leads arrive at night and on Sundays
Nobody's at the desk. By morning, the buyer has moved on.
02
Leads are everywhere
Portals, ad forms, WhatsApp and walk-ins, each in a different place.
03
Site visits don't happen
Visits get booked but not confirmed, and buyers forget to turn up.
04
Payment reminders by hand
For developers: a demand letter and a follow-up for every booking, at every stage.
What we set up
From first enquiry to a booked site visit.
Four steps, connected. Your salespeople only step in when a buyer is ready.
- Step 1 · Portal, ad or WhatsApp
The lead comes in
From property portals, ad forms or WhatsApp, into one place.
- Step 2 · WhatsApp or call
A reply in minutes
The assistant messages or calls and asks 4 things: budget, area, size and when they want to move.
- Step 3 · Bot
Visit booked, sheet updated
It books the visit, sends the location pin and updates your sheet or CRM.
- Step 4 · Your team
Ready buyers to a person
Hot leads go to your salesperson with the full chat. Cold ones get a polite follow-up later.
Other jobs we can take on
- Site visit reminders, and a check-in call after the visit
- Follow-ups for leads that went quiet
- Payment reminders at each construction stage, for developers
- Reading booking forms and KYC into your booking sheet
- A weekly report: leads by source, visits and bookings
- Rent and maintenance reminders, for property managers
A pilot for a real estate firm
One task. One result. Written down first.
Before we build anything, we agree on one page what must improve, how we'll measure it and what it costs if it works.

Questions
What real estate firms ask us.
Which portals and CRMs do you work with?
We pick up leads from wherever they reach you today: portal emails, ad forms or WhatsApp. We work with Google Sheets and common CRMs. Tell us yours on the call.
Will buyers know it's an assistant?
Yes. It introduces itself as your firm's assistant and never pretends to be a person. Anyone can ask to speak to your team.
Is it OK to call leads automatically?
We only contact people who asked about a property, and we follow TRAI's rules on commercial calls. Cold calls to people who never enquired are out.
We already have a CRM. Do we need a new one?
No. We add the replies, calls and reminders on top of the CRM you have, and keep it up to date.
What does it cost after the pilot?
A monthly plan of ₹15,000, ₹30,000 or ₹50,000, plus your own tool costs like WhatsApp messages and call minutes. See pricing.
Try it on next month's leads.
Book a 30-minute call. We'll look at where your leads come from and how fast they get a reply today.
