Does it work with Tally Prime?
Yes. If you're on an older version of Tally, we'll check your setup on the first call before promising anything.
Will clients mind talking to an assistant?
Messages go out in your firm's name and in your office's tone. Clients can reply "call me" at any time to reach a person at your firm.
What about client confidentiality?
Client data stays in your Tally and your accounts. We sign a confidentiality agreement before we see any of it, and the bots only get the access a task needs.
Does this replace my staff?
No. It takes the typing and chasing off them, so they can spend their time on review, advice and clients.
What does it cost after the pilot?
